At Octmark, we’re not just running ads, we’re building intelligent ad engines that drive ROI at scale. As a PPC Specialist, you’ll craft performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, Etc. fuelled by data, automation, and MarTech innovation.

This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just know how to boost impressions, but knows why they should, when to pivot, and how to engineer outcomes.

• Strategize, create, and manage high-converting ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Understand client goals deeply and turn briefs into performance blueprints
• Track and optimise ads daily to meet KPIs: CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and beyond
• Implement tracking pixels, basic custom code, and integrate lead flows (CRMs, APIs, etc.)
• Run experiments, build A/B tests, and contribute to monthly strategy reviews
• Stay on top of ad platform updates, AI tools, and automation trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad performance metrics
• Ability to set up tracking codes (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag, UTM, etc.) and basic familiarity with HTML/JS snippets
• Curious mindset, open to learning advanced automation and AI ad tools
• Strong communication skills to work across design, content, and strategy teams
• Bonus: Experience working in an agency environment
