PPC Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.
• Write and test compelling ad copy tailored for services such as weight loss programs, aesthetics, skincare, and wellness treatments.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance with clear KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and clinic teams to align campaigns with seasonal promotions, new service launches, and patient acquisition goals.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies and healthcare regulations.
• Test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segmentation to improve lead quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house).
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or weight loss clinics strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in lead generation and patient booking campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Knowledge of advertising restrictions in healthcare and aesthetic marketing.
• Excellent ad copywriting and A/B testing skills.
• Experience with retargeting campaigns, TikTok Ads, or programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing to complement PPC strategies.
