Are you passionate about performance marketing and skilled at scaling campaigns that convert? We're looking for a results-driven professional to lead our PPC campaigns


Responsibilities:

📌 PPC (Google Ads + Meta Ads)

  • Manage & optimize campaigns with

    ₹250K+ monthly budgets

  • Achieve performance goals: CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions

  • Execute keyword research, segmentation, bidding strategies & retargeting

  • Ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, pixels & tags

  • Stay updated on Google & Meta Ads algorithm changes

📌 Email Marketing

  • Manage ESPs like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, HubSpot
  • Build templates, automation flows & funnel-based journey emails
  • Maintain high deliverability through SPF, DKIM, DMARC setups
  • Run bulk campaigns, analyze metrics & conduct A/B testing


Required:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in

    PPC & Email Marketing

  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of funnels & tracking

  • Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns

  • Excellent communication & reporting skills
