Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage advanced PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop full-funnel strategies tailored to each client’s goals (lead generation, eCommerce sales, brand awareness, etc.). Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation. Create, test, and optimize ad copies and creatives in collaboration with the design and content teams. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), Quality Score, and conversion rates; implement actionable insights for performance improvement. Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tools. Create detailed client reports with performance analysis and strategic recommendations. Manage multiple client accounts and monthly budgets efficiently and independently. Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and PPC trends. Requirements: 3–4 years of proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other platforms is a plus. Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools like Data Studio.
