Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube for multiple clients. Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team for visuals and landing pages. Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; make data-backed optimizations to improve CTR, conversions, ROAS, and reduce CPA. Generate performance reports for clients using tools like Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, and in-platform dashboards. Manage monthly ad budgets across multiple client accounts efficiently. A/B test creatives, audience sets, and bidding strategies. Stay on top of the latest updates in ad platforms, algorithms, and digital trends. Requirements: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing PPC campaigns for clients. Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Meta Ads Manager. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic conversion tracking setup. Solid understanding of bidding strategies, keyword match types, audience targeting, and campaign structuring.
