Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:

o Google Ads (Search)

o Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

• Own the performance funnel – from impression to conversion – with a focus on driving sales and scaling efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to craft high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reporting on key metrics (CPA, RoAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).

• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

• Stay up to date with platform changes and new features across Google, Meta, YouTube.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc., to track, attribute, and report campaign performance.

Desired Skills and Competency:-

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Must have directly worked on performance campaigns for Google, Meta, YouTube.

• Prior experience in healthcare industry is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, metrics, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.

• Familiarity with attribution tools, pixel implementation, and e-commerce analytics.
