Experience: 3–5 years in Planning & Control of CNC and Plasma Cutting Machines

Industry Preference: Heavy Fabrication Industry

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled PPC Engineer to join our heavy fabrication unit in Bhiwadi. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, and control of CNC and plasma cutting machines, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities for CNC and plasma cutting machines.
• Monitor daily production and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, production schedules, and progress tracking.
• Ensure raw material availability and manage inventory for fabrication processes.
• Implement cost‑effective methods and improve productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and control.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CNC and plasma cutting operations.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and control.
• Familiarity with heavy fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
