Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPC (Pay-Per-Click) specialist located in Noida. The PPC specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic and conversions. Daily tasks include keyword research, ad copy creation, performance analysis, budget management, and implementing strategies to improve ROI. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals and ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

Proficient in creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong analytical skills to perform keyword research, analyze campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities
Experience in ad copy creation and A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversions
Knowledge of budget management, bid strategies, and performance tracking tools
Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the marketing team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Ability to work on-site in Noida
