Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Power Platform Developer

with

1–3 years of experience

Power Apps and Power Automate

to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will design, develop, and deploy low-code/no-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

building Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, creating Power Automate flows, and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 and external data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
Build, configure, and optimize Power Automate flows (automated, instant, scheduled, and business process flows).
Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security for Power Platform solutions.
Provide support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing Power Apps and workflows.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation and business solutions.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors.
Familiarity with Power Fx, JSON, and expressions in Power Automate.
Experience in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external APIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Cloud services.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and version control tools (Git/Azure DevOps).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
