Job Description

7–8 years

PL-200 and/or PL-400 – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Lead the architecture and development of reusable components, templates, and frameworks that improve productivity and scalability.
Drive Power Platform governance, standards, and best practices across business units.
Build secure and scalable solutions that integrate with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems via connectors and custom APIs.
Guide and mentor development teams and functional consultants on Power Platform best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture and implementation plans.
Advise leadership on platform modernization, cross-platform integration, and capacity planning to support digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration patterns
Experience in designing and developing custom connectors and using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management
Hands-on experience in SharePoint integration, especially with SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries
Deep understanding of security roles, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and governance frameworks
Experience in using DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, ALM for Power Platform)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and digital transformation strategy
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
