Job Description

As an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using Power Platform to meet business requirements in the insurance domain. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance projects. Additionally, you will develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. Providing technical guidance and support to development teams for successful project delivery will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards, optimize system performance, lead integrations with existing systems and third-party applications, conduct regular reviews for improvements, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment, driving best practices adoption, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency will be crucial. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Power Platform and its components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance domains. - Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability. - Proficiency in architectural design and documentation. - Experience in integrating systems and applications. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Adaptability to changing business needs and technology advancements.
