Power BI with Python Developer

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid Work Model) Experience: 5–8 years Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Power BI and Python Developer to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights using Power BI dashboards and automating workflows and data processing using Python . This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in our Bangalore office. Key Responsibilities Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Write efficient Python scripts to automate data processing, cleansing, and transformation tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work with large datasets from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud storage. Optimize DAX queries and Power BI data models for performance and scalability. Build data pipelines and ETL processes using Python. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reporting solutions. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests. Required Skills Strong experience in building reports and dashboards using Power BI. Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and scripting. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling in Power BI. Knowledge of data visualization best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good To Have Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data formats. Exposure to version control tools like Git. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
