Transitials is looking for a Power BI Developer with strong Process Mining expertise to join our dynamic team in Noida (Hybrid). This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects where data meets operational excellence.Position: Power BI Developer – Process MiningLocation: Noida (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities Lead process mining implementation using tools like Power Automate Process Mining within Power BI.Perform ETL on data from various sources (ERP, CRM, databases, flat files, cloud).Build scalable data models using Power Query and DAX.Design intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize business processes and identify bottlenecks.Define and monitor KPIs in collaboration with process owners and business stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, IT teams, and business users.Continuously optimize report performance and stay updated on Power BI advancements.What We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer.Proven experience in process mining within Power BI, ideally using Power Automate Process Mining.Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of ETL pipelines.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a big plus.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and Agile methodologies is a bonus.Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and impactful visualizationsIf you're ready to dive deep into data, drive business efficiency, and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you!Interested candidates can DM me or send their resume to tanya.mehta@transitials.com
