Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Power BI Developer to join our analytics

team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive

dashboards and reports using Power BI, while leveraging strong skills in MS SQL and Advanced

Excel to support data transformation and analysis. Beyond delivering high-quality dashboards, the

candidate will bring fresh ideas to the tablecontinuously improving how data is visualized and

consumed across the organizationand help drive data-informed decision-making through

actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports based on business

requirements

• Leverage MS SQL to craft efficient queries, extract, and manipulate data from relational

databases

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling to support reporting needs

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting goals

• Utilize Advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, Advanced Excel

Functions) for data analysis

• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot data inconsistencies

• Document processes, data sources, and dashboard logic for future reference

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance KPI tracking through innovative reporting and

visualization techniques

• Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices, integrating new features and tools to

improve dashboard performance and usability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and dashboard creation

• Strong command of MS SQL for querying and data manipulation

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data tools

• Understanding of data modeling concepts and DAX calculations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• 1–2 years of experience in BI/reporting or data analysis roles

• Advanced BI Tools: Power BI Service, SSAS Tabular Cube
