Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 3- 5 Years experience who can

design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have

strong analytical skills, deep experience with Power BI, and the ability to translate business

requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into BI solutions.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, modeling, and transformation.
• Build and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query logic.
• Create efficient data models (star/snowflake) and ensure high performance.
• Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

• Use Python/R within Power BI for advanced analytics.
• Implement RLS, manage permissions, datasets, gateways, and refresh schedules.
• Ensure dashboards meet performance, design, and usability standards.
• Work with data teams for end-to-end BI delivery and troubleshoot data issues.
• Document data models, logic, and reporting processes.

Technical Skills

• Experience required- 3- 5 years
• Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query (M), RLS, Gateways.
• Strong SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions).

Hands-on with Python/R for analytics.

• Knowledge of ETL, data transformation, and data cleansing.
• Experience with data modeling (star/snowflake) and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles, KPI design, and dashboard

storytelling.
