Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, and data modeling. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, understand business requirements, and deliver impactful data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

Connect to various data sources and perform data transformations using Power Query.

Optimize Power BI datasets, performance tuning, and DAX calculations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into BI solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Troubleshoot Power BI issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–4 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer.

Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Experience with SQL queries and relational databases.

Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
