Experience on PostgreSQL DB Installation, Configuration, Monitoring, Administration on various versions 9,10,11,12,13,15.
Experience in managing database Users and permissionsExperience in Backup, restore database using third party tool and custom scriptsExperience in PostgreSQL DB Upgrade to latest version and applying patchesExperience in Database refresh in Non-Prod environmentExperience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting application/database performance issuesKnowledge of Third-party database admin and monitoring tools like pgadmin/pgbenchExperience in setup of high availability using PostgreSQL Streaming and logical ReplicationExperience in Pgpool for load balance and Pg_rewind for DRAutomation using shell scripting for database admin and database maintenance activitiesWorking with developers in owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requestsManage PostgreSQL Database properties for applications in development and production environmentExperience in working on Incidents, Problems, Change tasks and performing RCAExperience in performing DR drill as per customer processGood communication skill and technical skill to co-ordinate with customer
