We are looking for a skilled PostgreSQL Developer to develop, optimize and maintain database solutions for
analytics, reporting and operational applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL development, database tuning and data integration, ensuring high performance, reliability and security of database systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures and functions to support application and reporting requirements.

Maintain data integrity, consistency and security across multiple databases.

Perform database tuning, indexing and query optimization for high-performance operations.

Implement views, triggers and materialized views to support analytics and reporting needs.

Collaborate with backend developers and data engineers for efficient data integration and pipeline development.

Implement data encryption and security measures using SQLCipher for sensitive information.

Troubleshoot database issues, perform root cause analysis and ensure minimal downtime.

Support data migrations, backups and replication strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.

Document database structures, processes and best practices for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Additional Skills

Strong understanding of relational database concepts and advanced PostgreSQL features.

Experience with Redis for caching and high-performance data retrieval.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Hindi-speaking ability will be considered an added advantage for team and stakeholder coordination.
