$55–$70 per hour

Role Overview

STEM PhDs

Experts will design and review challenging, graduate-level problems across science and engineering disciplines to rigorously test model reasoning, accuracy, and depth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    STEM PhD from a top-tier institution in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related discipline

  • Undergraduate Degree:

    Completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, Europe, or India

  • Skills:

    Exceptional written and verbal communication, excellent attention to detail, and strong academic rigor

  • Other Requirements:

    High proficiency in English and ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate complex, graduate-level problems in your domain
  • Assess AI-generated solutions for accuracy, depth, and logical soundness
  • Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and precision
  • Collaborate with researchers through private Slack channels to align on tasks and standards

Engagement Details

  • Start Date:

    June (rolling applications)

  • Commitment:

    10–20 hours/week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours/week

  • Duration:

    Minimum 1–2 months, with potential extension

Compensation & Contract

  • $55–$70/hour
