Position 01 - Global Research Analyst

Job Location - Andheri, Mumbai

CTC Range - 25 to 30 LPA

Role Details:

This role involves generating differentiated, high-conviction investment ideas through deep fundamental research and sector insight. You will support portfolio decision-making by analysing public equities across global markets and helping identify relative value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Idea Generation:

• Identify alpha-generating opportunities through deep company and industry research.
• Form independent investment theses supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis (excluding model building).

Research & Sector Analysis:

• Track key developments across a defined universe of companies and industries.
• Monitor earnings reports, regulatory updates, industry trends, and macroeconomic data with potential investment implications.

Communication & Decision Support:

• Prepare research briefs, pitch decks, and internal reports that support portfolio decisions.
• Contribute to team discussions with a forward-looking view on sector positioning and company performance.
• years of experience in equity research (preferably on the buy-side), strategy, or consulting.

Position 02 - Research Analyst for Domestic (Indian Market)

Job Location - Andheri, Mumbai

CTC Range - 15 to 20 LPA

Role details:

We are looking for a buy side analyst with 5+ years of experience with sell side or a buy side firm. The buy side analyst will recommend promising investment idea to fund management team keeping the funds investment objective. The performance of the analyst will be gauged by the number of profitable recommendations made with the fund.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong quantitative skill set with a range of qualitative skills to effectively communicate their research in writing and verbally to fund management team and to clients. In addition, we seek someone with the highest level of ethical integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work on all/ any aspect of research: research planning, primary research, secondary research, quality checking across a variety of market capitalizations and industries interpreting all the content, statistics and presenting it in a research report.
• Provide efficiency by improving existing processes and steps for analysis support research teams for productive results.
• Evaluates financial data for assigned sectors/segments and stay abreast of emerging economic trends and developments in stock markets.
• Update financial models, give sector insights based on quarterly results, industry updates etc.
• Generate new investment ideas as a supplement to central research coverage.
• 5+ years research experience covering specific sectors or research experience in the small and mid-cap segment can also be considered.
• Working on Bloomberg, Ace Equity or Refinitiv.
