Job Description

1. PowerPoint Presentation Creation

  • Prepare

    client portfolio review PPTs

    , highlighting performance, allocation, and key observations.
  • Create

    new client proposals

    , onboarding decks, and pitchbooks.
  • Create slides for

    RM meetings, IC meetings

    , and internal reviews.


2. Portfolio Data Handling

  • Convert Excel data into clean, readable slides (charts/tables/visuals).
  • Update slides with latest portfolio values, stock weights, and model portfolio details.
  • Support in preparing monthly and quarterly performance dashboards.


3. Template Management

  • Maintain and update PPT templates for:
  • Client Reviews
  • RMs
  • IC Committees
  • Monthly Market Outlooks
  • Model Portfolio Presentations
  • Ensure design consistency, formatting accuracy, and professional output.


4. Coordination & Execution

  • Work with RMs to understand presentation requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client review decks before scheduled meetings.
  • Collaborate with PMs to incorporate investment commentary and action items
