The Role

Portfolio Strategy & Asset Allocation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the portfolio across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and digital assets.
• Identify portfolio risks, exposures, and rebalancing opportunities.
• Assess crypto holdings (tokens, stablecoins, staking) for growth, liquidity, and hedging potential.
• Propose tactical allocation shifts aligned with investment objectives and liquidity requirements.
• Design income-generating strategies across equities, REITs, bonds, structured notes, and crypto.
• Conduct scenario and stress testing under various market conditions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting materials covering allocation, yield, liquidity, and volatility metrics.
• Prepare portfolio and rebalancing memos with analysis and performance rationale.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset allocation, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital asset classes.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA, CAIA, or FRM qualification preferred.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup with international stakeholders.
