About Our Client Our client is an international investment holding firm with a diverse, multi-asset portfolio spanning traditional and alternative investments. The firm combines institutional investment discipline with a forward-looking approach to digital assets, deploying capital globally across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and crypto-related instruments. The Role They seek a Portfolio Strategy & Asset Allocation Manager to join the investment team and take responsibility for portfolio review, rebalancing, and income strategy design across multiple asset classes. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to tactical and strategic allocation decisions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyse the portfolio across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and digital assets. Identify portfolio risks, exposures, and rebalancing opportunities. Assess crypto holdings (tokens, stablecoins, staking) for growth, liquidity, and hedging potential. Propose tactical allocation shifts aligned with investment objectives and liquidity requirements. Design income-generating strategies across equities, REITs, bonds, structured notes, and crypto. Conduct scenario and stress testing under various market conditions. Develop dashboards and reporting materials covering allocation, yield, liquidity, and volatility metrics. Prepare portfolio and rebalancing memos with analysis and performance rationale. Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset allocation, or investment analysis. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital asset classes. Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA, CAIA, or FRM qualification preferred. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills. Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights. Self-starter comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup with international stakeholders.
