Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in portfolio management and relationship building.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium enterprises to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage and grow existing portfolios through effective relationship management and identification of new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives and identify areas for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in portfolio management and relationship building within the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of the banking landscape, including products and services relevant to small and medium enterprises.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with diverse client bases, including those requiring customized solutions.
