About the role (one line)

A leading real-estate & asset-management firm is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Relationship Manager to manage and grow property portfolios for HNI and institutional clients through strategic advisory and relationship leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship management for HNI/investor portfolios — advise on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and portfolio restructuring.
• Develop and present tailored asset strategies that optimize rental yield, capital appreciation and tax/regulatory outcomes.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, builders, developers and channel partners.
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities (on-ground & digital), conduct basic due diligence and coordinate with legal/operations teams.
• Drive revenue through cross-sell / upsell of services and by meeting ARR/KPI targets.
• Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports and present insights to clients and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior relationship executives and support process improvements and digital adoption.

Must-have skills & experience

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in relationship/portfolio management, real estate advisory, wealth or private client services with a demonstrable track record.
• Strong commercial acumen, market-sensing ability and understanding of property returns, rental economics and asset lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable preparing and presenting portfolio reports and recommendations; strong Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and basic familiarity with property/portfolio tech platforms.

Good-to-have

• Experience working with HNIs, NRIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
• Understanding of regulatory aspects (GST, stamp duty, basic legal checks) and familiarity with tax/structuring considerations for real-estate.
