Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop tailored financial strategies to assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will also be tasked with collecting financial data for planning and analysis, creating business and wealth dashboards to visualize financial information, and conducting comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate portfolio performance and identify actionable insights for financial growth and investment expense optimization. In this role, you will be expected to build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis. Additionally, you will analyze large datasets, financial statements, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. You will then present your findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner to guide decision-making processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, highlighting key findings and trends. You will also conduct insurance risk assessments to identify risk mitigation products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to safeguard financial assets and personal financial stability. Collaboration with various departments such as finance, operations, sales, and marketing will be essential in gathering financial data, aligning objectives, and driving cross-functional initiatives. You will also need to coordinate with clients and their financial teams regularly to ensure data updates and task completion. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA in Finance or an advanced degree being preferred. You must have a deep understanding of wealth management, financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations. Exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and deadlines are all essential for success in this position. Moreover, proficiency in G-suite, particularly Google Sheets, is a must-have requirement. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday, with additional performance bonuses and yearly bonuses provided. The work location is in person.
