Portfolio Manager

Role Overview: As a Portfolio Manager at Protium Finance Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to develop data-based strategies for risk decisions and build real-time business performance dashboards. You will also be tasked with creating and implementing leading-edge data solutions, analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and growth opportunities, and evaluating internal systems for efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will work closely with management and users to gather requirements, provide updates, and analyze customer journeys to improve risk management and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop data-based strategies for risk decisions - Build real-time business performance dashboards - Implement leading-edge data solutions - Analyze complex data sets and identify growth opportunities - Create best-practice reports based on data mining and visualization - Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and accuracy - Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on models and strategies - Develop scorecards across the lending value chain Qualifications Required: - Overall work experience between 4-7 years - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Preferably CA Graduate with relevant experience - Proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, SQL, and VBA is desirable - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI, Metabase, etc. - Ability to utilize various models and scores for automated decision-making - Flexibility to work across the value chain from data pulling to model implementation,
