As a Portfolio Manager at Protium Finance Ltd, you will be responsible for developing data-based strategies to make informed risk decisions. Your role will involve building real-time business performance dashboards to monitor risks effectively and create frameworks for complex data solutions. You will analyze data sets to identify trends and growth opportunities, and generate best-practice reports through data mining and visualization. In this position, you will evaluate internal systems for efficiency, address problems, and maintain data processing protocols. Collaboration with management and users to gather requirements, provide updates, and establish relationships will be crucial. Analyzing customer journeys to enhance risk management and improve customer experience will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on models and strategies. Collaborating with senior management, you will develop scorecards across the lending value chain for the EEG vertical, covering pre-acquisition, acquisition, portfolio management, collections, and recoveries. Key Success Criteria: - 4-7 years of overall work experience. - Experience in the lending field is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. - CA Graduate with relevant experience is preferred. - Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, and VBA is desirable. - Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI, Metabase, etc. - Ability to utilize various models and scores for automated decision-making. - Flexibility to work across the value chain from data pulling to model implementation.
