Experience: 6–10 years

About the Role:

As an Associate in Portfolio Management, you’ll play a critical role in driving our real estate investment strategy through:

*Developing and maintaining robust financial models to track performance, evaluate new investments, and support financing decisions

*Conducting property valuations, hold/sell analyses, and value-maximization strategies

*Evaluating property-level financials such as revenue, expenses, capex, lease details, and tenant credit quality

*Collaborating with acquisitions, asset management, development, capital markets, and cross-functional teams (research, finance, marketing, distribution) for reporting and performance analysis

*Preparing investment memos and presenting them to the Investment Committee

*Conducting industry, market, and competitive fund research

*Supporting fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence efforts—managing capital strategy, investor communications (DDQs, RFPs), on-site meetings, conferences, and advisory committee activity

*Cultivating relationships with industry experts, investors, and strategic partners to stay ahead of real estate trends and promote the firm’s brand
