Role Overview: As a Policy Enforcement Manager on the Threat Investigations Team, your main responsibility will be to work closely with a global team across various departments to prevent violative content from appearing on the platform. You will be evaluating abuse trends and devising innovative solutions to enhance workflows, processes, and automated systems. Your role will involve adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where the threat landscape is continuously evolving. You will play a crucial role in combating harmful content on YouTube, contributing to the overall safety and integrity of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee enforcement quality across team policy areas, including conducting calibrations with vendor teams. - Manage policy escalations from initiation to resolution, facilitating consensus among all stakeholders. Conduct retrospectives and identify opportunities for enhancing processes and systems. - Employ data analysis techniques on extensive datasets to extract insights regarding the impact of abuse on the YouTube ecosystem. - Analyze, identify, prioritize, and implement operational enhancement opportunities. Utilize quantifiable insights to enhance our review systems effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. - Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content is preferred. - Familiarity with identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy. - Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: Program Management, Operations Management, Escalation Management, Stakeholder Management. - Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to drive strategy and business actions.
