Description
As a Cloud Engineer at Google, your role is crucial in ensuring that customers have a seamless experience transitioning to the Google Cloud GenAI and Agentic AI suite of products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for customer use cases, utilizing core Google products. Your primary objective will be to work closely with customers to identify opportunities for business transformation with GenAI, and conduct workshops aimed at educating and empowering customers to fully leverage the capabilities of Google Cloud. You will have access to cutting-edge Google technology to monitor application performance, troubleshoot product issues, and address customer and partner needs. Your key responsibility will be to lead the timely adoption of Google Cloud Platform solutions by customers. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver effective big data and GenAI solutions and successfully resolve technical customer tests. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Google's customers. - Identify new product features and feature gaps, offer insights on existing product tests, and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to influence the roadmap of Google Cloud Platform. - Provide best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and technical presentations tailored to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in building data and AI solutions and collaborating with technical customers. - Experience in designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion. - Ability to fluently communicate in English to manage client relationships in the region. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Large Language Models, data pipelines, and data analytics, data visualization techniques. - Proficiency in core Data ETL techniques. - Experience in utilizing LLMs to deploy multimodal solutions encompassing Text, Image, Video, and Voice. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT, reporting/analytic tools, and environments such as Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, MapReduce, Flume. - Understanding of cloud computing, including virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and content delivery networks.
