Your role will be integral in helping businesses of all sizes connect with customers, employees, and partners through technology. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring strategic customers have a seamless experience transitioning to the Google Cloud GenAI and Agentic AI suite of products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions tailored to customer use cases, utilizing core Google products. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for business transformation with GenAI, conducting workshops to educate and empower them in maximizing the potential of Google Cloud. Your access to Google's technology will enable you to monitor application performance, troubleshoot product issues, and address customer and partner needs promptly. Your leadership will be vital in facilitating the timely adoption of Google Cloud Platform solutions by customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver effective big data and GenAI solutions to address complex technical challenges faced by customers. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Google's strategic customers, offering expert guidance and support. - Identify new product features and gaps, provide insights on existing product challenges, and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to influence the roadmap of Google Cloud Platform. - Provide best practices recommendations, create tutorials, blog articles, and deliver technical presentations tailored to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in building data and AI solutions, working with technical customers, and designing cloud enterprise solutions. - Proficiency in English to effectively support client relationship management in the region. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with Large Language Models, data pipelines, and data analytics techniques. - Familiarity with core Data ETL techniques and leveraging LLMs for deploying multimodal solutions. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including technical architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting/analytic tools (e.g., Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark). - Understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, storage systems, and content delivery networks.
