PMO Trainee

You will be supporting the Project Management Office at Ecosmob Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a PMO Intern. Your role will involve assisting in various project management tasks, providing hands-on experience in project coordination, tracking, documentation, and communication. This opportunity will allow you to gain insights into project management processes and methodologies. Please note that this is a Training + Full-time Job Opportunity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in maintaining project schedules and timelines for project coordination support. - Helping to maintain accurate project records, preparing meeting minutes, and updating project documentation. - Assisting in collecting and organizing project data for status reports, presentations, and dashboards. - Coordinating and organizing project meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items for administrative support. - Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the PMO. - Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders. - Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance project management skills and understanding of PMO functions for learning and development. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented and proactive approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus. - Exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, Trello).
