Job Description

ProjectManagement We're seeking an experienced Project Manager, Release Management to lead our projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations. Apply SDLC and SRE principles to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. Key Skills: Advance proficiency skills in excel/gsheets. Ability to create and manage complex dashboards for release tracking Proficient to create impactful and concise presentations Proficiency in visual story telling using Charts, Graphs & timelines for key stakeholders Should be able deliver executive level summaries with high visual clarity Experience in designing Gantt charts and Release roadmaps Ability to generate/interpret Jira reports and dashboards Experience in creating data driven reports for stakeholder decision making Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development. Strong understanding of SDLC and SRE principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
