Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PMO - Financial Governance position located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include managing project portfolios, ensuring adherence to financial governance protocols, tracking budgets, and providing analytical insights. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and preparing reports for stakeholders to support decision-making processes. The PMO will also oversee program and project management processes to ensure timely execution and delivery aligned with financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, recognize patterns, and provide informed insights.
• Proven expertise in Program Management and Project Management to support planning and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present concise reports.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management to ensure proper resource allocation is must.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role within a fast-paced environment.
