Job Overview:

PMO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project and program managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate resource allocation and maintain up-to-date records of project assignments.
• Manage and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Facilitate and document meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist with project audits and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.
  

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Project Management, PMO Executive, or Analyst role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in the

  Banking / BFSI domain

  is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as

  Jira

  ,

  MS Project

  ,

  Excel

  ,

  PowerPoint

  , etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
