PMO (Delivery)

As an experienced candidate with 3+ years of experience and a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, you are sought for a job opportunity in Pune at an onsite workplace. **Role Overview:** Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Achievement of internal objectives such as revenue and margin - Ensuring on-time delivery and intermediate milestone achievement - Forecasting risks/issues in a timely manner and implementing preventive measures - Executing projects successfully within the agreed scope, on time, and on budget - Managing project delivery, finances, capacity, and scheduling - Adhering to processes and adopting best practices - Effective communication, coordination, and planning - Creating reports, forecasting, managing dashboards, and invoicing - Managing project resources and tracking them effectively - Stakeholder management and conducting governance meetings when required - Creating MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and following up on action items - Coordinating with cross-functional departments for project success - Demonstrating knowledge of processes, applications, and tools for the PMO (Project Management Office) function - Exposure to IT/Engineering IT projects would be preferred - Sound experience in coordination, report creation, scheduling, planning, tracking, negotiation, contract management, invoicing, billability tracking, risk reporting, and resource management is required **Qualification Required:** - 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent - Strong understanding of project management best practices - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Proficiency in creating reports, managing dashboards, and invoicing - Ability to manage project resources effectively - Experience in stakeholder management and governance meetings - Exposure to IT/Engineering IT projects is a plus If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Info@cohortechconsultancy.com.,
