Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer – Tendering & Costing for our Thane location. The candidate will be responsible for complete tendering, estimation, and costing activities for plumbing and firefighting works in residential, EPC, and infrastructure projects. Only candidates with relevant residential project experience will be considered. Maintenance project experience and experience from other domains will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, evaluation, and submission of tenders for plumbing and firefighting works.
• Detailed BOQ take-off, quantity estimation, and preparation of cost sheets as per drawings and specifications.
• Rate analysis and accurate cost estimation to ensure competitive bidding.
• Floating inquiries to vendors and subcontractors, evaluation of quotations, and finalization of rates.
• Preparation of complete tender documentation, including technical and commercial submissions.
• Coordination with design, planning, and project teams to resolve scope gaps and technical clarifications.
• Attending pre-bid meetings, handling tender queries, and supporting negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and statutory requirements related to plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Supporting post-tender activities and smooth handover to project execution teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in plumbing & firefighting tendering & costing.
• Experience must be in residential/EPC/infrastructure projects only.
• Maintenance projects and other domain experience will not be considered.
• Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any other qualification as per company policy.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and market rates.
• Good analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
