Job Description: Procurement Engineer (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Pashan, Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential building or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
Only female candidates are eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement cycle for residential building and infrastructure projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and engineering departments for timely and accurate material forecasting.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain procurement budgets and track material costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, MIS documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve supply-related issues and support smooth execution of site operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, specifically in residential building or infrastructure construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical specifications, and prevailing market rates.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
