The Electrical Tendering & Costing Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for electrical works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role includes studying project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals. The candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical systems, material specifications, estimation techniques, and vendor interactions. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional capable of independently managing tendering activities from enquiry stage to final submission. Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing sheets for electrical projects. Conduct quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings for LV, MV, and ELV systems. Analyze project scope, identify material requirements, and prepare cost breakups. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, price validation, and technical clarifications. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate for competitive pricing. Identify value engineering opportunities and optimize project costs. Prepare compliance statements, deviation sheets, and tender clarifications. Support management in bid reviews, risk analysis, and strategy finalization. Maintain cost databases for materials, labour, and subcontracting. Work closely with the design/engineering team for technical inputs. Prepare project cash flow, rate analysis, and costing summaries. Ensure all tender submissions meet deadlines with complete documentation. Assist project teams during handover after tender award. Qualifications & Experience: B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 6–10 years of experience in electrical tendering, estimation, and costing. Strong understanding of electrical systems: HT/LT panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, transformers, DG sets, ELV, etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), and estimation software (if applicable). Knowledge of local codes, IS standards, and industry specifications. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. The Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer will be responsible for the design, planning, execution, and supervision of all plumbing, sanitary, water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role includes reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, overseeing installation at site, ensuring compliance with NBC, NFPA standards, and ensuring systems are executed safely and efficiently. The candidate must be able to independently handle project execution, contractor coordination, materials estimation, and system testing. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify plumbing and fire-fighting design drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications. Plan and supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sewage treatment systems, pumps, plumbing fixtures, and piping networks. Supervise installation of fire-fighting systems including hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels, pumps, fire alarm systems, and suppression systems. Prepare BOQs, material lists, cost estimates, and technical comparisons. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and consultants for design finalization. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, relevant codes (NBC, IS standards, NFPA), and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections, monitor contractor work, and ensure quality and timely completion. Perform testing & commissioning of plumbing and fire-fighting systems (pressure testing, flow tests, pump testing, etc.). Evaluate vendor and contractor quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize work orders. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight execution challenges. Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage networks, pumps, STP/ETP systems, and plumbing codes. Sound understanding of fire-fighting systems: hydrant systems, sprinklers, pump rooms, fire alarms, etc. Familiarity with relevant codes: NBC, IS standards, NFPA, CPHEEO guidelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic MEP coordination software. Strong site execution, contractor management, and problem-solving skills.
