Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Executive – Contractor Data Collection

Department: Procurement / Projects / Administration

Job Location: Pune

Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Search for residential project contractors on Google and online platforms.
Identify contractors related to Gypsum, Tiling, Painting, Waterproofing, Aluminium, Fabrication, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
Collect contractor details such as:
Contractor / Company Name
Contact Person Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
Work Category
Location / Area of Operation
Accurately enter and maintain contractor data in Excel sheets.
Verify contact details to ensure data accuracy and authenticity.
Update and organize data as per the company’s Excel format.
Share daily / weekly data reports with the reporting manager.
Maintain confidentiality of collected data.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Good knowledge of Google search and online data research.
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to handle bulk data.
Basic understanding of the construction / residential contractor market preferred.

Educational Qualification:

HSC / Any Graduate / Diploma.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in data research and Excel data entry preferred.
Experience in the construction/real estate sector will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
