Your role will also include participating in project estimation, providing input for solution delivery, planning technical risks, conducting code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Leading and guiding your team to produce optimized code deliverables, promoting continual knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes will be essential.
