PLM Windchill Developers

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and implement solutions in
PTC Windchill PLM
.
Work on
end-to-end implementation projects
, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Design and develop
custom workflows, utilities, and extensions
using
Core Java
.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide production support and resolve technical issues related to Windchill.

Must-Have Skills

3–6 years of total IT experience
, with
minimum 3 years in Windchill Development
.
Strong hands-on experience in
Windchill customization and implementation
.
Experience in at least
1 end-to-end Windchill implementation project
.
Proficiency in
Core Java programming
and object-oriented design.
Ability to work on
pure customization
(coding-focused, not just configuration).

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of PLM concepts and business processes.
Experience with
REST/SOAP APIs
, integrations, and database (SQL/Oracle).
Familiarity with
PTC tools, upgrades, and Windchill modules
