Engineering & PLM Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Role Overview: Seeking a highly motivated Engineering & PLM Business System Analyst (BSA) to collaborate with business and IT teams, driving PLM and Enterprise Engineering/Manufacturing solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into system-based solutions, enhancing Windchill PLM processes, and guiding development teams for quality implementation. Key Responsibilities: Work with business users to define and implement PLM and engineering/manufacturing solutions. Identify process gaps, architect technology roadmaps, and enhance Windchill PLM processes. Lead system design, development, and implementation. Provide technical mentorship to development teams. Partner with cross-functional IT teams for end-to-end project execution. Train business users on new PLM processes and manage business requests. Required Qualifications: 10+ years in PLM software implementation (PDM, NPI, CAD, BOM, MRP, Supply Chain, etc.). 7+ years in enterprise system development through the SDLC. Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM. 5+ years of experience with PLM and engineering processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Semiconductor/High-tech industry experience. Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML). Integration experience with SAP, Datamart, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAP Hana. Role: Windchill Tester Location: Pune Responsibilities: Develop and execute test cases and test plans to verify Windchill PLM software functionality. Conduct manual testing of Windchill modules, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, and other components. Perform regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate software changes and enhancements. Document test results, defects, and other relevant information in test management tools. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios. Participate in test case reviews and requirement analysis sessions to ensure test coverage and alignment with business objectives. Provide feedback to development teams on software quality and usability issues. Work closely with release management teams to ensure smooth deployment of software releases. Stay updated on the latest Windchill features, enhancements, and best practices related to testing. Requirements: 5 + years of strong Windchill PLM Manual Testing experience Should have worked as a Manual Tester for minimum 1 Windchill implementation project. Must have large scale Windchill implementation and end to end leading experience. years of experience in manual testing of enterprise software, with a focus on Windchill PLM. Strong knowledge of Windchill modules and functionality, including workflow management, document management, and change management. Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications. Proficiency in using test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
