full-time position of PLM Windchill & Creo Expert

Main part of the job:

• As a solution architect for the Enterprise PLM solution, works autonomously take full ownership of the technical aspects of the project and work with business stakeholders, internal and external technical teams in delivering the solution.
• End to End Technical Solutioning Architecting for global Windchill & Creo Implementation.
• Have to conduct workshops & conference room pilots to understand and analyze the customers business need.
• Elaborate and map business requirements into Functional and Technical Solutions. Responsible for charting Solution Blueprint and other documentation as required
• Experience of working in Windchill implementation end to end projects, with 4 or more years of experience as a Windchill Technical or Process Architect for a minimum of 3 customers with full-scope implementations, product life-cycle management systems, CAD data management, product data management, and associated networking systems.
• Extensive experience from both user perspective and technical perspective (business administration, configuration, customization, integration)
• Experience with the interaction with CAD 3D Modelling, especially PTC Creo
• Co-design the configuration of Windchill in team, towards scalability and compatibility with other core systems such as ERP and our IoT platform (PTC Thingworx).
• Will also be responsible for conducting customer trainings, content development and delivery.
• Mentor and Develop Junior Consultants to achieve their performance goals;
• Excellent knowledge of Windchill Licenses, Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, MPMLink, Configure and maintain the multi-site change management process implementation
• Knowledge on Windchill APIs and Data structure
• Excellent knowledge of Java J2EE technologies. Well versed with Webservices
• Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
• Exposure with Options & Variants, Vendor collaboration, Integration
• Very good understanding of Windchill Part/CAD/Document Management, Change Management and Workflow modules
• Experience in Windchill Implementation, Upgrade, Migration projects (WBM)Experience with PTC Creo.
• Other PTC software will be added advantage
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.

• Strong technical knowledge Windchill, Creo and translatening Business requirements in Windchill and Creo, Preparing Blue Prints, Project plans. Guiding the Business working with Windchill and Creo.

• Experience with core engineering-IT applications in manufacturing companies: CAD, CAM, PLM, ERP, MES,

• Strong Analytical

• Experience with Windchill and Creo Upgrades and Licenses
• Experience with visual best practices for reporting
• Experience with requirement gathering and translating to WC and Creo end to end.
