Installation & Commissioning: PAN INDIA(Customer Sites)

Preferred candidate - Robot Programmer:

System Integration Background (Robotics & Automation)
Hands on experience in programming industrial robots (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, YASKAWA).
Hands on experience in
Drilling, Welding, Materials Handling, Machine Tending, Painting, Packing and Palletizing etc.., applications.
Must have handled a minimum of 2 projects individually.
Hands-on experience in
Line Automation or Conveyor Assembly line
.
Maintenance experience
not preferred
.
Immediate Joiners.

Preferred candidate - PLC Programmer:

System Integration Background (Robotics & Automation)
Hands-on experience in PLC Programming
(Allen Bradley / Siemens / Mitsubishi)
.
Hands-on experience in HMI development.
Hands-on experience in
Robot interfacing with PLC
.
Experience in
Line Automation or Conveyor Assembly line
.
In-depth knowledge on HMI Screen Designing including Animation.
Integration knowledge on Servo Motor, VFD, Robot, IPC, and Sensors
Detailed knowledge on Communication protocols like
Ethernet IP, Profinet, CC LINK, Modbus TCP and Device net.
Must have handled a minimum of 2 projects individually.
Maintenance experience
not preferred

Immediate Joiners.

Role & Responsibilities(PLC/Robot Programmer):

Installation & Commissioning at customer sites.
Execution of projects as per agreed timelines.
Study RFQ, customer inputs and discussion with designers to understand the project requirements and scope of supply.
Preparation of Robot/PLC Program in accordance with BGR NEO standard & Customer Requirements.
To prepare Logic by considering all safety needs, future adaptability with detailed documentation.
