Position: PLC/SCADA Programmer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PLC/SCADA Programmer with strong hands-on experience in Mitsubishi PLCs (or similar platforms, with preference for Mitsubishi). The role involves end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects, including site activities, commissioning, and direct client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, program, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects

- Execute site-level activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

- Handle cable laying, panel wiring, terminations, loop checking, and PLC fault diagnosis

- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP activities

- Design, document, and manage backend databases for time-series data analysis and reporting

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal project stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA programming (Mitsubishi preferred)

- Proven site exposure including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (maximum 1 job switch acceptable)

- Good communication skills and professional, presentable personality

- Comfortable interacting with clients at site and during project reviews

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
