Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Programmer & Maintenance Engineer, located in Nashik. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and troubleshooting PLC systems, maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, conducting diagnostics, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and adhering to safety regulations during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics is mandatory.
  • Min 2 years of experience is required in PLC.
  • Immediate joiner are required and ready to join within 3 days.
  • Salary upto 35000 CTC only.
  • Proficiency in PLC Programming, SCADA systems, and control system troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and industrial automation
  • Skills in machine diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documents
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Functional Block Diagram
  • Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous
