4. Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Machines at customer site

5. Procurement of control items

Job Profile:

1. Carrying out circuit design for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems for machine tools and automation projects.

2. Carrying out Process planning for control systems

3. Co-ordination with vendors for project execution and arranging assembly of control systems.

4. Carrying out installation and commissioning of Electrical Equipment-s and control systems at customer site.

5. Attending customer site during I&C of project which involves extensive travels

6. PLC and servo programming of machine and prove out and troubleshooting of machines

7. Arrange to get quote from vendors and negotiate and finalize prices for control items

8. To provide training to subordinates for upgradation of skills

9. To ensure all resources in controls section are optimally utilized.

1. Knowledge of handling control systems in automation, packaging industry
