Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute daily production activities in the injectable manufacturing unit (ampoules, vials, lyophilized products). Ensure smooth operation of filling, sealing, autoclaving, and terminal sterilization processes. Monitor batch manufacturing records (BMR) , in-process checks, and adherence to cGMP protocols. Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and warehousing departments to ensure timely production. Ensure cleanroom compliance , environmental monitoring coordination, and routine sanitization schedules. Supervise machine operations , staff scheduling, shift-wise planning, and manpower management. Participate in investigations, deviation handling, and implementation of CAPA for production-related issues.
